Emboosing roller Product Description
Application: Applied to leather, paper and plastic .

beer, aluminum foil, all kinds of wrapping paper, specially paper .
Plastic industry: leather, PU leather, all kinds of plastic (film,
plate, sheet ), plastic carpet, car interior, carpet, bronzing
hollow-out tablecloth, advertising light box cloth, and all kinds
of transmision belt, etc
Emboosing Roller Product Feature
Anilox roller is made of 45 # seamless pipe or ally steel, adopting
welding, stress relieving, tempering and quenching heating
treatment technology, Intermediate is installed channel or jacket,
roller surface temperature difference is less than ±1 degree.
Concentricity is less than 0.02 mm. Roller surface treatment adopt
rolling method, chemical erosion and mechanical engraving etc
Anilox roller is widely used in PVC, PE, PP, PS ABS etc. plastic
sheet and board surface embossing and leather, artificial leather,
decorative materials, waterproof coil surface embossing.
